Decision Options was established in 2001 by experienced senior executives from Fortune 100 companies. We are the leading provider of software for the valuation of private assets using advanced principles such as Real Options analysis. Our software tool (DoOptima) that combines established economic principles such as Real Options analysis with more traditional and approximate techniques such as Decision Trees and DCF is more flexible and powerful than anything else that is currently available in this area. DoOptima (patent pending) is a general purpose valuation and risk management framework that can be deployed to evaluate the entire enterprise. Many of our consultants also have significant expertise in all aspects of Research and Development in biosciences. We have also applied our technology in solving specific problems in the financial services arena (in public markets). These include software for Employee Stock Options Valuation (DoESO) and Equity Research (DoER).
